You were a vulcanizer and battery seller on Okpe road in Sapele, you have forgotten your past, your parents are dead and suddenly you became a millionaire through Hon. (Chief) Monday Igbuya that entrusted some of his businesses to you. If you can betray and insult Hon. (Chief) Monday Igbuya (an Okpe man) that made you, then you can betray and insult anybody.
You are not Hon. (Hi-Chief) Felix Uruemuesiri ANIRAH’S contemporary at all, so stop comparing yourself with him. Stop bragging that you’re a millionaire because millionaires don’t brag. That you made a verbal donation of three million naira to PDP which you did not pay, is not enough to brag at all. Do you know how much the Hi-Chief spends on a daily basis and yet you’ll not hear him brag at all.
How can you say Hon. (Hi-Chief) Felix Uruemuesiri ANIRAH is not a PDP member, he was officially received back to PDP by His Excellency Sen. (Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur OKOWA, the Executive Governor of Delta State, in the presence of Olorogun (Barr.) Kingsley ESISO, State Chairman of PDP and over 90% of Leaders and Members of PDP at the LGA Party Secretariat. Yet you pretend not to know the naked truth, he moved on to being the Party flag bearer which you and your cohorts vehemently opposed but failed. Finally came the general election you repeated the same action against the Party and lost, so where lies your strength. Anyway I’m not surprised, you’re not even a PDP member and you don’t know what is happening in Sapele because you live in Ojoto in Anambra State. You’re a trader in Lagos and an APC member, yet you’re best friend of the PDP State Chairman and in Sapele you claim to be PDP shame on you. You think we’re not following your posts on Facebook, your profile pictures are Buhari, Osinbajor, APC, etc and yet you are following PDP State Chairman, I pray you don’t betray Chief (Barr.) Kingsley ESISO the way you betrayed your former master, because you’re known for betraying…
You made reference to Hi-Chief ANIRAH as paying peanuts to people, but he pays over 40 people ranging from 25,000 to 150,000 naira on monthly basis for party members which does not include rents, medical bills, school fees, distribution of branded notebooks and uniforms, scholarships (455 persons) in primary, secondary and tertiary institutions, etc. Mr. Linus Obi, as the APC/PDP big wig, where are the ones you pay in Sapele Mr. Multimillionaire?
In the last PDP primaries, your Igbos in Ward 1 didn’t vote PDP candidate in the primary and main elections in Sapele LGA, yet you’re boasting that you’ll deal with Hi-Chief ANIRAH, he flogged you in the primaries and main elections in 2019 and he’ll flog you again wait time will tell.

Introduction:
The grand norm in contemporary politics states clearly that, for you to be eligible to hold an elective position you must have three years tax clearance, INEC voters card and your Party Membership Card in year Unit, indicating Ward and Local Government.
Issues In Contention:
1. No body ever contemplated a tribal factor into the position of the State Chairman zoned to Sapele Local Government in Chief James Onanefe Ibori’s residence on Thursday 19th March, 2020, by the leaders of Delta Central Senatorial District on the instruction of Delta State PDP caucus where the Governor and Deputy Governor of Delta State and other Leaders of the Party (PDP) were present.
2. Facts of the matter: A position zoned to a Local Government is meant for those carrying INEC voters card and the Party membership card from that Constituency or Local Government Area.
Issues To Be Resolved:
1. The incumbent State Chairman, Chief (Barr.) Kingsley Esiso, enjoyed full privileges and political benefits before he relocated to Ethiope East LGA. After becoming Chairman in 2015 to 2019 moved his INEC voters card from Sapele State Constituency elsewhere, certified true copies of INEC voters register from Ward One (1) to Eleven (11) are available for inspection by the press and who ever wants to see.
2. It is obvious that he ran foul of the law when he emerged from Sapele in 2015 to 2019 and decided to move his INEC voters card from Sapele State Constituency elsewhere. He cannot contend with the constituents in Sapele Local Government.
3. The decision taken on Thursday 19th March 2020 as earlier stated in agreement with all Leaders of PDP Delta Central with a clear instruction that positions zoned to the various Local Governments Should be filled and returned on Monday 23rd March, 2020, to Sen. Ighoyota Amori’s residence for onward transmission to the appropriate quarters.
4. The incumbent assumes it is his birthright, not to consult the Leaders of Sapele LGA who are mere mortals and donot deserve to be consulted or discussed with. For he assumes a military fiat that we must bow before him and decided to ignored every person.
5. It is worthy of note that he engages in mudslinging by calling Leaders of the Local Government tribalist and all soughts of names. For the benefit of hindsight “Evang. Hon. Michael Diden” started his political career in Sapele, and until he moved to Warri North L.G.A, he enjoyed all the political privileges accrued party members without bias. He lives in Sapele, he has never insisted to take what is shared to Sapele because he does not vote in Sapele despite his large followership. “Prince Joseph Atseyinku”, is a LGA and Ward 8 Leader. Also worthy of mention is “Engr. Tony Aniretan”, the PDP LGA Youth Leader, all because they have INEC voters card and Party card in Sapele LGA. Hence they are accorded full status and benefits like other Party member in Sapele without tribal sentiment.
6. As Leader of Ward One (1), representing Sapele State Constituency, Delta State House of Assembly who have been accused of tribalism and among others, the Chairman of Ward One (1) is Mr. Ese Awurhe, obviously not an Okpe man but has the requirements to be the Chairman of Ward 1 and I gave him the full support for second tenure as Chairman of the Ward. Where does tribalism come to play?
7. It is worthy of note that those who run foul of the law should not anchor their argument on tribal sentiments.
In Conclusion, I want to show absolute maturity and sincerity, the office of the State Organizing Secretary and State Assistant Secretary, are both zoned to Ethiope East Local Government Area, whereas Sapele is Gazetted for the office of the State Chairman. No other than eligible Sapele constituent according to Party guideline is qualified to vie for the office of the State Chairman of the Party. We call on the Leadership of the Party in Delta State, Sen. (Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, our national Leader His Excellency Chief James Onanefe Ibori, Prof. Sam Oyovbaire and leaders of Delta central district to Look into the issue critically because Sapele had remain PDP from inception till date.
Suffice me to close by mentioning that we have no axe to grind with the incumbent State Chairman of the Party, but Sapele is only struggling for its fair share of its political privileges.
For and on behalf of all signatories to the agreement on Sapele for State Chairman PDP

To Hi-Chief Felix AnirahIt was a carnival in the City of Sapele on Saturday, 14th March, 2020, as Lawn Tennis players from Edo and Delta converged in Sapele Athletic Club to compete for titles in the 2020 edition of Hon. (Hi-Chief) Felix U. Anirah Lawn Tennis Championship.Sapele Athletic Club, Sapele; Government House Club, Asaba; Benin Club, Benin City; Warri Club, Warri; Benin Recreational Club, Benin; Ughelli Club, Ughelli; Shell Club, Ogunu; DSC Club, Alaja; Abraka Recreational Club, Abraka; Police Officers Mess, Benin, were the Clubs from Edo and Delta that participated in the Championship.*Men’s Category*1. Peter Aruoture, President Sapele Athletic Club; Okakuro Tom ANIRAH, the Oren of Okpe Kingdom and host of others.
RE: CHIEF FELIX ANIRAH WE (House of Assembly Member), BY SAPELE VOICE Wednesday, 11th March, 2020No doubt the good people of Sapele Supported Hon. (High Chief) Felix Uruemuesiri ANIRAH, to emerge as Member, representing Sapele State Constituency, Delta State House of Assembly. But I can assure you that Hi-Chief F.U. ANIRAH is working round the clock to ensure effective representation. The poor electricity supply is a general problem across the country, so don’t sound as if it’s ANIRAH’S fault. The Hi-Chief refused to use the Line 33, he’s using the regular Line like you and I, because he knows the plight of the masses. BEDC approached him to use Line 33 but he made them understand that he can’t be using 33kv while his people are suffering from epileptic power supply. Comparing Hi-Chief ANIRAH with anybody is uncalled for here, as he’s not in competition with anyone.Like you rightly said, the Honourable Member, representing Sapele State Constituency, DTHA is a man with gold heart no doubt but the Street Light issue has nothing to do with him. It’s BEDC versus Delta State Government, the charges from BEDC is too much and the State Govt. was unable to meet up, though they’re finding a lasting solution to that problem now.On the issue of Constituency Project, no Legislator in the current 7th Assembly has gotten Constituency Project so far, so let’s be patient please. Hi-Chief ANIRAH is currently working on the State Polytechnic Elume to kickoff soon, he’s also working round the clock to upgrade Sapele Technical College (STC) to a degree awarding institution. The 2020 budget, when implemented will take care of the poor conditions of some of our Public Schools, Hospitals, Roads etc. The Reopening of Sapele Inland Port/Navy relocating to Oghara is a Federal Government issue, it has nothing to do with the State Assembly and I think the National Assembly is handling it already.Let me educate you on something you really need to know in government. There’s what we call Exclusive List, “Exclusive powers,” belongs to the Federal Government only, they are in charge of Defence, Currency, International Relations, Seaports/InlandPorts, Electricity, etc and that’s were the Sapele InlandPort falls under, so I wander what you expect a State Legislator to do about Port and Electricity. There’s also a Concurrent List, “Concurrent powers,” are shared jointly by both the Federal and State Government, they’re in charge of health, education, agriculture, road, housing and whenever there is conflict the Federal law supersedes. There’s also a Residual List, “Residual powers,” are those that are left to, or designated to the States. In other words, everything that is, “left over.” Examples of residual powers are those regarding civil law, urban planning, property issues, etc. So please be guided, ANIRAH is a State Legislator and take note he has no Executive powers, because you’re always sounding as if he’s the Governor of Delta.Sapele Voice, I urge you to tender an unreserved apology to Hon. (Hi-Chief) F.U. ANIRAH, because you can’t say he should wake up from his slumber knowing fully well that the Honourable Man is working tirelessly to ensure effective representation at the State Assembly. Finally, let’s support Okakuro Felix Uruemuesiri ANIRAH, to take Sapele to the next level by bringing our suggestions via Felix Anirah Political Platform (FAPP) Media on Facebook/WhatsApp or to reach him at his residence, as his doors are always open.Ughara, Tega Ezekiel
