Comr. Onyema Kelvin CHUKWU, the Chairman, Union of Tipper and Quarry Employers of Nigeria, UTQEN, Sapele local government area, together with the Executives and Members of the Union, has felicitated a Trailblazer and a Charismatic leader of Delta state, Rt. Hon. (Okakuro) Sheriff Francis Orohwedor OBOREVWORI, Speaker, Delta state house of assembly, DTHA, over his victory as Governor-Elect of Delta state.
Comr. CHUKWU in his remarks, appreciated the leadership skills of Okakuro OBOREVWORI and reiterated that he is the only Speaker who has served for Six (6) years without impeachment since the creation of Delta state on 27th August, 1991 till date, that such a technocrat will manage Delta state very well.
