(Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur OKOWA, the Executive Governor of Delta State, in the presence of Olorogun (Barr.) Kingsley ESISO, State Chairman of PDP and over 90% of Leaders and Members of PDP at the LGA Party Secretariat. Yet you pretend not to know the naked truth, he moved on to being the Party flag bearer which you and your cohorts vehemently opposed but failed. Finally came the general election you repeated the same action against the Party and lost, so where lies your strength. Anyway I’m not surprised, you’re not even a PDP member and you don’t know what is happening in Sapele because you live in Ojoto in Anambra State. You’re a trader in Lagos and an APC member, yet you’re best friend of the PDP State Chairman and in Sapele you claim to be PDP shame on you. You made reference to Hi-Chief ANIRAH as paying peanuts to people, but he pays over 40 people ranging from 25,000 to 150,000 naira on monthly basis for party members which does not include rents, medical bills, school fees, distribution of branded notebooks and uniforms, scholarships (455 persons) in primary, secondary and tertiary institutions, etc. Mr. Linus Obi, as the APC/PDP big wig, where are the ones you pay in Sapele Mr. Multimillionaire?
In the last PDP primaries, your Igbos in Ward 1 didn’t vote PDP candidate in the primary and main elections in Sapele LGA, yet you’re boasting that you’ll deal with Hi-Chief ANIRAH, he flogged you in the primaries and main elections in 2019 and he’ll flog you again wait time will tell.
